What can you do with your stand?
You are welcome to brand your exhibitor space for the best effect. We would recommend a pull up banner to place beside or behind your stand. There will be bags handed to Expo attendees so that they can carry any marketing collateral, promotional items etc.
Please note: nothing Is to be attached to the walls or other surfaces.
When can we bump in our items?
Bump in will commence on Tuesday, October 10, 5.30pm - 7.30pm and from 8am on October 11. You are able to access exhibitor areas during this timeframe. We recommend that you utilise this opportunity to bump in the majority of your equipment as there will be limited time for set up on Wednesday morning.
Please note: We do not recommend leaving any valuables overnight, please bring those with you on Wednesday morning.
Exhibitor space
Exhibitor spaces will be numbered and you will receive details fo your space location two days before the event.
When can we bump out our items?
Bump out will commence on Wednesday, October 11 at 4pm and we ask that your area be completely vacated by 5pm.
Other helpful information:
There will be barista coffee available to purchase throughout the day to keep your team caffeinated. You are welcome to attend the workshops and purchase tickets to the Breakfast and Lunch events however, we ask that there be someone always present at your space during the event to assist expo attendees. A great opportunity to get people to stop by your stand and chat is to offer a giveaway – this also assists you to collect the data of those visiting your stand. More at the blog www.wexpo.com.au

Success tips
Invite your customers
Do your clients or future customers know you’re exhibiting? Send out letters to relevant customers with show details, stand location and any offers. Why not buy some tickets to the event for your top 10 customers and give them away. You could even run a competition online via social media as an additional promotion.
Strike while its hot
Serious customers do not want to wait for information to be sent too long after the show has closed. You have a buyer literally waiting for you, capitalise on that opportunity by having simple and effective fact sheets ready to send.
Make them remember you
How will visitors remember you once they leave? Prepare yourself with handy giveaways, such as flyers, cards or fun branded objects like stress-balls. Always work towards being a memorable exhibitor for event attendees.
Look like you want to be there
Nobody likes approaching someone who seems tired, annoyed, bored or busy. An exhibition is a fantastic opportunity for you as a marketer - you should want to be there, so look like you want to be!
Post like everyone’s a follower
There is a lot of conversation happening online. Millions of people are constantly sharing, posting, liking and offering their opinion. Push your way into the conversation by using social media as a medium for sharing what is happening on your stand in real-time.
