Now in its fourth year, WEXPO has evolved as a go-to event series for the Western Sydney region. In 2025 WEXPO moves to a new home at Sydney Showground. With space for over 100 exhibitors, dedicated workshop areas, refreshment stations and abundant onsite parking, our new venue allows easy access from all points in the region. WEXPO is the umbrella brand for a series of expo-style events held throughout the year. WEXPO is where business and community gather in one place on one day to connect, learn, and grow. WEXPO is an informative and entertaining
visitor experience for residents and attendees and a rewarding investment for businesses and sponsors. Since inception, WEXPO has delivered national economists, Government Ministers, senior government representatives, business and community leaders in forums addressing issues such as health, education, cost of living and success tips for business and community groups. WEXPO is a people-led initiative that allows community and business leaders to gather, network and develop real solutions to the challenges of business growth, community support and a changing world.

WEXPO 2025 will be hosted at Hall 5A at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, Australia.
Workshops require registration at www.wexpo.com.au Event opens to the public at 8am, concluding 6pm.
6pm to 9pm, Theater Room 1, adjoining the main exhibition area.
Bump In from 1pm, Tuesday October 21 and 7am, Wednesday October 22.
Bump out from 6pm, Wednesday October 22 until 11am October 23.
Six in total running every 45 minutes with a 15-minute break between each session starting at 8.30AM.
