Gov.Bar R. VI, Section 1(A), requires attorneys admitted to the practice p of law in Ohio to file a Certifi ficate of Registration for the 2011/2013 3 attorney registration biennium on or beefore September 1, 2011. Section 5(A) establishes e that an attorney who fails to file the Certificate of Registration on or before within sixty days of the deadline, shall be assessed a a September 1, 2011, but pays w late fee. Section 5(B) providees that an attorney who fails to file a Cerrtificate of Registration and pay the fees either timely or within the late registratiion period shall be notified of apparent nnoncompliance and that if the attorney faails to file evidence of compliance with G Gov.Bar R. VI or to come into complian nce within sixty days of the deadline, the aattorney will be suspended from the practicce of law.
