It begins life at the foot of the volcanoes of Auvergne then infiltrates to a depth of more than 3,000 m, heating up in contact with magma and picking up carbon dioxide. The Prenatal programme is a wellbeing programme exclusively for mums-to-be in their 4 th to 7 th month of pregnancy, to help ensure that the pregnancy is not a source of anxiety and discomfort. It aims to ease back ache by helping you to adopt the right posture and learn to breathe more beneficially. This programme also helps minimise physiological disorders (hormones), along with digestive and sleep disturbances, while supervising your weight. You’ll also work on stretching, joint mobility and skin tissue, particularly around the pelvis, all of which are

linked to postnatal recovery. These sessions are fundamental to a smoother pregnancy. Dietary consultations, beauty and massage treatments are all part of your total, personalised wellbeing package. Your stay - Thermal Spa winter opening hours From 1st Oct to 30th April, the Vichy thermal Spa Les Célestins team welcomes you from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm, and on Sundays from 9 am to 4 pm. Please contact us for Christmas and New Year opening hours. Scheduled closure from 16th Feb to 6th March 2014 incl. -Summer opening hours From 1st May to 30th September, from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 8 pm, on Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm. - Medical certificate We require you to provide a medical certificate

confirming you are medically fit for treatments and activities at the Thermal Spa. If you fail do so, we will require you to sign a statement confirming you have no medical contra-indications for each reservation. - Access to the Thermal Spa For the wellbeing of everyone, kindly switch off your mobile phone. Please come in swimsuit with bath robe, non-slip sandals and full sports kit (outdoor clothing is not allowed). Please shower before entering the treatment or relaxation areas. Out of respect for the modesty and privacy of others, nudity is not allowed in the hammam or the saunas. - Children Children under 16 are not allowed access to the Thermal Pass (hammam, saunas, giant jacuzzi pool, cardio-fitness area). For children aged 12 to 16 years old, treatments can only be performed if a legal guardian is present in the cabin. Written parental permission is required. -Treatment times The time indicated is the actual time of the treatment. If you are not staying at the hotel, you are requested to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your treatment.

To ensure you have a full choice of treatments, we recommend you reserve 1 month in advance. Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are payable in full. No compensation is given for late arrival for treatments. Thank you for your co-operation. - Availability of your room or suite Your Deluxe room or Suite is available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival, and it must be vacated by noon on the day of your departure. You may benefit from a late departure upon request, subject to paying a supplement and depending on availability. - Pets in the hotel and the Thermal Spa Pets are welcome in hotel rooms but may not enter our restaurants or bar for hygiene reasons. For an extra « pet meal/pâté », please make your request at the time of your reservation. - Parking For a supplementary fee, a sheltered car park is located opposite the hotel with a valet and luggage service. - Internet access Free WiFi access is available in the hotel… but forbidden at all times to guests on the Digital Detox treatment programme.
