PRE - SALE PERIOD
PRE-SALE PERIOD Each collection has a pre-sale period open for placing orders. Placing your order on pre-sale period is very important to guarantee the availability of the 100% of your order’s stock, so we can ship it entirely. We always accept orders out of the pre-sale period, but they’ll be shipped depending on stock availability (and could not be delivered entirely)

PAYMENT & DELIVERY

When your order is ready you’ll receive an email with your proforma (list of clothes and our bank account number).
Once your bank transfer is done, you’ll receive your order within 1-3 working days in Spain, or 3-7 working days when it comes to international shipping.
The orders will be blocked for 15 days since you receive our email notification and your proforma. If you don’t take your order in that period, it’ll become part of our available stock.

3 Enter your email in “CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT” box:

4 Once you’ve written your mail, a new form window will open: “CLIENT REGISTRY” You have to fill the form with the requested information to create your client file: personal data, adress, store adress and fiscal adress. The password you choose now will be the one you’ll use to place your orders in the future.
Once the registry process is finished, you’ll get two emails in your inbox:
An automatic email with the registry information (Not valid to enter the private area)
A second mail confirming your client authorization.
Once registered as a client, you can already access RESERVED AREA > STORES AREA with your mail and password.
Only when you have recieved this mail will you be able to access the private area to place your order. Keep in mind that we check the authorizations personally, because of this, it might take minutes on working days, or up to 48 hours on weekends.

Our working system is very easy and similar to any other on line store: you just have to fill your chart!
