Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: 28th December
Depart Malta at 14:25hrs and fly to Zurich
You will be arriving in Zurich at 16:50hrs. Upon arrival, you will have a private transfer to take you to Colmar. The drive should be of approximately2hours.
YouwillbecentrallylocatedinColmar.Colmarisatownlocatedinthe Alsace region of France. It is known for its well-preserved old town with colourful houses, cobblestone streets and canals. Whilst in Colmar, you can also visit some of the museums, such as the UnterlindenMuseum,whichhousestheIsenheimAltarpiece.

Day 2: 29th December
Depart Colmar and travel to the Black Forest (B)
This morning, breakfast at our hotel. We will have a private transfer taking you to the Black Forest in Germany. Stops on this day will include the town of Sankt Peter, Triberg and Titisee. Sankt Peter is known for its scenic beauty, nature trails and traditional Black Forest architecture. Sankt Peter also has a historic abbey, Kloster St. Peter, which dates back to the 11th century and is a significant cultural and historicalsiteintheregion.
OurnextstopisTriberg,whichismostlyknownforitswaterfalls.Inthe winter time, these are sometimes frozen giving a magical twist to how we are used to seeing waterfalls. The town of Triberg offers opportunitiestovieworbuycuckooclocks.
OurfinalstopisthatofTitisee,knownforthelargepicturesquelake.In winter, the lake transforms into a scenic haven, surrounded by snowcovered trees and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The surrounding area offers stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and the frozen lake, creating a magical winter landscape. Additionally, the town of Titisee-Neustadt, located on the shores of Lake Titisee, offers cosy cafes where you can buy the famous Black Forest Gateaux and shopssellingtraditionalBlackForestproducts. Day 3: 30th December
Europa Park Theme Park (B)
Inthemorning,youwillbetransferredtoEuropaParkafterbreakfast.
Your park admission tickets are included. The park is very popular during the winter season as it is transformed into a magical winter wonderland with festive decorations, Christmas markets, and seasonalentertainment.Onecanenjoywinter-themedattractions,ice skating, and shows that capture the holiday spirit. The park also offers a variety of dining options serving traditional winter treats and warmbeverages.

Day 4: 31st December
Colmar to Strasbourg with a stop in Riquewihr (B)
After breakfast, you will be taken to Strasbourg which is one of the main cities in the Alsace region. The city centre is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Strasbourg is famous for its stunning cathedral, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg, as well as its picturesque canals and half-timbered houses. The city is also home to European institutions such as the European Parliament and the CouncilofEurope.
On this day, you will also have the opportunity to visit the charming medieval village of Riquewihr, which is often considered one of the most beautiful villages in France. Explore the narrow streets in this fairy-taletown.
Day 5: 1st January
Happy New Year - Free Day (B)
Today is your free day to explore the streets of Colmar. Visit Little Venice and walk along the canals of this city. This is your day to unwindandtakeitalittleeasier.
