Professional Training • The increasingly pronounced requirements for quality and suitability of training interventions identified by society, particularly by organizations, strongly advise the use of new ways of thinking and organizing learning opportunities and skills development.

Monitoring and evaluation ROI The ROI is a type of assessment increasingly demanded by those who invest in training, in order to obtain concrete evidence regarding the monetary value generated by investment in training. With the evaluation by the ROI is intended, on the one hand, quantify the benefits of the training program, in financial terms, and on the other hand, financially quantify all the costs inherent to the training.
