Company Profile Founded in 1980, MADAR Coil Coating is specialized in the production of high quality pre-painted aluminium coils. The investment in equipment included a continuous high speed multi-layer coating line, a coil slitting and embossing line, a cut-to-length line, a paint production plant and an automated paint colour mixing system. Equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, MADAR Coil Coating is committed to balancing high quality manufacturing, cost-efficiency, and social and environmental responsibility. To achieve this, MADAR Coil Coating combines the exclusive use of high quality raw materials with constant innovation of the production, management and quality control processes. Currently, MADAR Coil Coating is exporting most of its production capacity to Europe, Turkey, Australia, Russia, North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf Countries.
Vision MADAR Coil Coating will grow to be one of the leading suppliers of high quality pre-painted aluminium coils in Europe and the Middle East obtain the highest level of customer satisfaction support the national economy by creating domestic added value.
Mission To achieve our vision, we are continuously enhancing and developing our processes in order to supply our customers with high quality products, competitive prices and excellent services. We strive to be a reliable business partner for our customers. In particular, we value our longterm customer relationships.
Values Commitment, honesty and loyalty Knowledge and innovation Team work and professionalism Preservation of the environment.
Products What is Coil Coating Coil coating is a continuous and highly automated process for pre-painting aluminium or galvanised steel coils before end fabrication. During this process, a coil is unwound at a constant speed and passed through cleaning and chrome-free chemical pre-treatment. It is then coated with up to three layers of paint and oven-cured to ensure the highest paint durability and stability, and finally recoiled. Coil coating is the most efficient and at the same time most environmentally friendly technology for applying paint to coils. Pre-painting coils minimises waste, use of paint, chemicals, water and energy consumptions. In addition, pre-painting coils allows for high quality surface finish, uniform coating thickness, high weather durability, high resistance to rust and a variety of colours and glosses. Innovations constantly increase the performance of pre-painted aluminium and allow tailoring its characteristics to very specific purposes and environments. For example, surfaces can be anti-bacterial, thermally reflecting or anti-graffiti. The qualities and the potential of pre-painted aluminium make it a promising material for many industries.
The productive Process Close cooperation with major paint suppliers in Europe enabled MADAR Coil Coating to produce most paints in-house starting from raw materials or semi-finished products. This was done to achieve higher flexibility, minimise the volume of paint storage and transfer know-how to increase the domestic added value. The highly sophisticated, automated colour production system has given MADAR Coil Coating a competitive advantage due to flexibility, accuracy, repeatability of colours unlimited choice of colours fast availability of paint minimising the ready paint inventory.
Additional Services After coating, MADAR Coil Coating offers several services that can be applied to the coil as per customer requirements.
Slitting A high-speed slitting line with high quality cutting tools guarantees very tight tolerances free of any edge burr. The line is equipped with an automatic edge guiding system to minimize the scrap generated by the edge trim. Slits can be as narrow as 20 mm width.
Cut-to-length The coil can be cut into sheets as required by the customer. The line can cut sheets up to 1500 mm X 4000 mm.
Embossing The embossing machine can impress many different designs onto the coil such as stucco or diamond designs.
Protective film application For additional protection of the coated surface a protective film can be applied. Film thickness and design vary according to customer specification.

Applications Pre-painted aluminium can be used in many applications such as • roofing, cladding and steel buildings • rolling shutters and false ceilings • sandwich panels • appliances (washing machines, ovens, refrigerators, etc.) • transportation (trucks, trains, mobile homes, etc.)
Aluminium
a Sustainable material
Due to its advantageous properties, aluminium is an environmentally friendly and highly efficient material. Replacing heavier materials in transportation, for example, the light weight of aluminium leads to fuel savings and reduces carbon emissions. Its high resistance to corrosion can further enhance the durability of many end products and thus allow for keeping them longer in use and reduce waste. Once products have to be taken out of service, aluminium can be recycled – infinitely without any loss of quality. As a non-degradable metal, reprocessed aluminium has the same properties as primary aluminium made from the raw material bauxite. Recycling saves about 95 percent of the initial energy and the greenhouse gas emissions necessary to produce primary aluminium, which makes aluminium one of the most cost-effective material to recycle. These unique properties make aluminium a sustainable material that will continue to be used in more and more industries.
Environment Special attention was given to preserving the environment. A considerable investment was made in incinerator and heat recovery systems. A waste water treatment unit was also installed in which the plant water is purified and re-used for irrigation of the gardens and landscapes surrounding the plant.

d-falz®
Pvdf with IR reflecting pigments The newest product of Madar group is Dfalz, a liquid pre painted aluminium sheet for coatings and roofs. Dfalz pre-coated aluminium uses PVDF coatings with IRreflecting pigments. While white and near white pigments are naturally IR-reflecting, darker pigments tend to have a high rate of IR absorption. The difference in surface temperature (and panel temperature) between a coating using standard pigments and on using special IR-reflecting pigments can range from app. 5°C for light colours to more than 10°C for dark colours (measured on north-facing roofing panels at an exterior temperature of 30°C). On a surface such as a painted roof, the visible light is partly absorbed by the coating, and partly reflected as the radiation we perceive as the colour of the object. The UV radiation is destructive to many substances, including coatings, and it follows that in order to maximise the life of a coating, it should be as transparent as possible to UV light.

d-falz速 Technical charateristics - Heat transferred to the building increases the cost of cooling the building - Higher working temperatures of the panelling decreases the life of coatings, adhesives and insulation materials - Higher temperature variation of the panels increases thermal expansion and contraction, and consequent wear on fixtures - Higher surface temperature of roofing surfaces increases the formation of ozone (an important component of smog) Dfalz pre-coated roofing panels will have: - lower operating costs, due to less maintenance and air-conditioning - lower installation costs, due to less insulation requirement - longer service life

d-max®
High Performance Aluminium DMAX is a new high-performance aluminium sheet with a continuously applied liquid paint coating that is particularly suitable for modern architectural facades. DMAX has been specifi cally developed to offer an effective reply to frequent requests for a 2 – 3 mm thick “Panel Quality” sheets in solid aluminium to replace much thicker, commonly used aluminium/plastic composite panels. To make this possible, Madar Coil Coating Europe has installed a new dedicated production line that is capable of applying ultra-high performance PVDF coatings to thick metal. DMAX aluminium sheet is the intelligent alternative to composite sheet compromise.

Murals you will find in all major cities; along freeways, on the façade of a downtown building, publicity signs and in tunnels‌ Some believe that it is in fact a work of art, others find it to be frustrating, dirty, and most of all expensive.
It is a product painted with liquid polyester in a continuous line on a laminated aluminium alloy. It is a product with additives and particular components that confer the surface by obtaining a characteristic that allows it to be cleaned with solvents and paint removers that are water base without attacking and leaving the original state of the surface in terms of gloss, and colour.
