Andres Alexander Flores got El Salvador (0-0-1, 1 Point) on the board in the 18th minute, but Andres Rodriguez leveled it for Mexico (0-0-1, 1 Point) two minutes later. 28.04.2007: On the first day of Group B play in the 2007 CONCACAF Under-17 Final Round Qualification, Costa Rica and Canada both secured victories over Trinidad & Tobago and the hosts, Jamaica at Kingston’s National Stadium. In the opening game of the five team tournament, Costa Rica (1-0-0, 3 Points) beat Trinidad & Tobago (0-1-0, 0 Points) 2:0. Jorge Castro opened the scoring on 70th minute and Diego Brenes secured the points for the ticos when he scored a second goal from the penalty spot six minutes later. USA LOSE TO JAMAICA BUT STILL PROGRESS; TRINIDAD & TOBAGO WINS 04.05.2007: The USA progressed to the FIFA U-17 World Cup Korea Republic 2007 despite losing a 3:2 game to the hosts Jamaica at the CONCACAF Final Round Group B at the National Stadium in Kingston. The USA (2-1-0, 6 Points) had a 2:0 lead after goals by Alex Nimo and Sheanon Williams but Jamaica (1-2-0, 3 Points) came back with tallies from Shamari Brown, Ogrill Dever and John-Ross Doyley in the last 13 minutes of the match for the win.
