Our goal is to provide a comprehensive Social Media program that integrates smoothly with other marketing and adverting programs and messaging, whether on-line or on other media. Concept Bank will not engage in posting inauthentic reviews on review sites like Yello and Google as part of the Social Media program. Such activities are generally considered unethical and not part of legitimate Social Media work. Overview This proposal is for a comprehensive and coordinated campaign to build a Social Media presence on the popular Social Media outlets, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, but can include other Social Media outlets as well. Social Media provides the opportunity to build brand awareness, transmit messages to key audiences, and drive website traffic at very low cost, therefore offering big returns through more leads and prospects which in turn promote sales and revenue. Effective Social Media marketing takes quality and consistency over time to build interest and a following. This section describes the activities that will be part of the Social Media marketing program over a six-month Social Media program.
Determine Social Media Strategy: • •
Review White Rose Interiors short and long-term goals in using Social Media. Create an overall plan for initial and on-going Social Media activities and responsibilities and for key messaging strategies.

Our team will plan a dynamic on-going social content calendar to guide you to your goals. We will grow an increasing social audience and follower base through hash tag campaigns, strong use of keywords, sharing/retweeting relevant news, "liking" posts, staying updated within the industry and contributing our own unique content to broaden reach.
Posting Company Related Updates Our plan is to engage our Social Media audience by sharing company news, press releases, events, employee spotlights and other content. We will also pay close attention to industry trends and share. This will help to gain exposure with your target market.

To take advantage of this proposal and proceed with the project as outlined, White Rose Interiors next steps must be to:
● Accept the proposal as-is ● Discuss desired changes with Concept Bank ● Finalize and sign the contract ● Submit an initial payment of 50 percent of total project fee ● The balance is due in two equal payments, one midway and the other by the end of the project. ● Invoice will attract General Consumption Tax (GCT) of 16.5% without a zero-rated Purchase Order. Once completed, Concept Bank will contact White Rose Interiors to schedule a project launch meeting to make introductions and gather information before beginning the work. We’re happy to make changes to project scope on White Rose Interiors’ request at any time, but may be subject to additional billing.
Terms and Conditions Once the project fee is paid in full to Concept Bank, any elements of text, graphics, photos, contents, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Concept Bank for inclusion in the Social Media Marketing campaign are owned by White Rose Interiors.

Concept Bank assumes White Rose Interiors has permission from the rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, and reports provided by White Rose Interiors for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend Concept Bank from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work. Concept Bank retains the right to display graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects. This agreement becomes effective only when signed by agents of White Rose Interiors and Concept Bank. Regardless of the place of signing of this agreement. Usage rights: After the work is completed and payment has been received, the client will own the rights to the design. In case of project cancellation after the work has started, the client will pay for the relative part of the work.
The agreement contained in this contract constitutes the sole agreement between White Rose Interiors and Concept Bank regarding all items included in this agreement.
