Ingredients for Chicken Mixture in the Smart MultiCooker ● ● ● ● ●

4 Skinless boneless chicken thighs (can be replaced with chicken breast) ½ tsp Kosher Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper 1 Cup Diced Onion 2 Cups farfalle pasta

Ingredients for Sauce in Power Chef/Micro Pitcher Set

2 Roasted Red Bell Peppers

●

3 tbsp Feta Cheese

●

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

●

3 Peeled Garlic Cloves

●

¼ tsb Dried Oregano

●

½ Cup Heavy Cream

●

1 tsp White Vinegar

●

¾ tab Kosher Salt

●

¼ tab Cracked Black Pepper

Preparation 1. Add water to the ring indentation line of the base 2. Add the pasta 3. Microwave pasta uncovered 3 minutes on high, remove 4. Place deep steamer tray into the base

NOTES:

Get creative, change the ingredients to your own liking.

Squash can be replaced with any cubed vegetable. Cheese can be replaced with your favorite cheese.

5. Put chicken salt and pepper in deep steamer tray and mix 6. Cover with flat blue lid and microwave for 8 minutes on high 7. Add Onion and Squash mixture and cover with flat, blue lid 8. Microwave 3 minutes on high 9. Drain pasta

For Sauce 1. Put Roasted Red Bell Peppers, Feta Cheese, Tomato Paste, Peeled Garlic, Oregano, Cream, Vinegar, Salt and Pepper in the base of the Power Chef and pull until smooth.

2. Pour mixture into the Micro Pitcher and microwave 45 seconds on high 3. Remove and stir mixture 4. Microwave 45 Seconds on high 5. Mix all ingredients together in any Tupperware Bowl
