What I love about selling real estate in Los Angeles is not only the unbelievable architecture that I get to see on a daily basis, but also the clients. It was the first auction Concierge Auctions ever did in Los Angeles. I was the 7th or 8th broker selling this nearly 100-acre ranch in Brentwood. It was wildly overpriced, and by the time I got the listing, everybody already knew about it. No one thought it was sellable. I tried to think outside the box and started looking into auctions. Concierge Auctions ended up winning the business, and we had a really successful sale. It ignited the whole industry in Los Angeles because no one had really seen that before. And then we were off and running and ready to do more!

When former Yankee and MLB legend Randy Johnson decided to sell his Arizona home in 2014, he initially listed it for $25M. Designed by award-winning architect Erik Peterson, 8055 North Mummy Mountain Road is an extraordinary private enclave on more than five acres in the heart of Paradise Valley.
