The flip side of t he coin is when we see companies who feel as t hough t hey need t o close business in every sent ence. Email market ing is about relat ionship building, and it is somet hing you're doing for t he long- t erm - not a quick revenue hit . Even for consumerorient ed ret ailers, t his fact st ill holds t rue- cust omer relat ionships are profit able when t hey are long-t erm, so your market ing effort s need t o be orient ed t hat way.
