Grade 6 Week Without Walls

The Grade 6 Week Without Walls trip in November 2022 was an unforgettable experience for all students who participated. The journey began at Uncle Chris' farm where students discovered the beauty and diversity of the local flora and fauna. The students embarked on a hike in the mountains, learning about the importance of water conservation and the traditional methods of collecting water used by the local villagers. The students also had a blast splashing in the mud, catching frogs, and exploring the natural wonders of the farm.

The next stop was the EGAT Learning Center, where students were exposed to the technologies and innovations in sustainable energy. Through interactive and engaging activities, students gained a deeper understanding of the importance of protecting the environment and preserving natural resources for future generations. The Thai/ Danish Dairy Farm was another highlight of the trip, where students had the unique opportunity to witness the daily operations of a working farm. Some even got to try their hand at milking cows and cracking a whip, gaining a newfound appreciation for the hard work and dedication of farmers.

G6 WWW was a truly memorable experience for all who participated. The combination of hands-on creativity and team-building activities provided students with a unique blend of education and adventure, allowing them to learn valuable lessons about nature and sustainability while also having fun and discovering new things about themselves. The memories made during this trip will be cherished for years to come, as students will always remember the valuable lessons they learned and the fun they had during the week away from the walls of the school.
