Secondary Principals & Director of College Counseling - Management Team Dear Concordian Community,
Starting the school year online was a big challenge for all and it wouldn’t have gone as smoothly without the collective effort from everyone in the community. This is my first year in the new role of Secondary Principal and, as always, I have been so touched to witness how Concordians excel in innovative ways when facing seemingly insurmountable restrictions.

With the powerful tools and service minds, many of us have been working as active change agents, ensuring that we hold each other accountable and continue to have engaging and meaningful learning experiences, whether it’s online or on campus. Some of us have also been reaching out to support friends, families and communities that are less fortunate as we navigate together through this constantly changing time. The pandemic has made it more evident and pressing that we need to step out of our comfort zone to embrace change at all times, not only to survive but also to adapt and thrive. As I Ching illustrates, any circumstance hitting a limit will begin to change. Change will in turn lead to an unimpeded state, and then lead to continuity.(《易经》有云:穷则变,变则通, 通则久。)
