Reservation Process
1 Contact the reservations office to check availability of desired location.
2 Complete and submit the application from the QR code down below.
3 Once processed, you will receive an email from us with instructions for submitting payment.
4 Upon submitting application, processing time can take between 2-5 business days.
Picnic Area Reservation Fees & Information
A minimum booking of four hours (including time for set-up and clean-up) is required for all picnic area reservations. The hourly rental rates for all reservable picnic areas are half-price Monday through Friday (excluding district holidays)

On-Site Custodian
$60.00 per hour
An On-Site Custodian is required for events with 150 or more people and/or weekend events running later than 5:00pm. District Holidays may require additional fees for staffing
