Todos los productos de Uzturre son seguros para los bebes, cumpliendo con todas las estrictas normas vigentes.

Catálogo en vigor hasta fin de temporada o hasta agotar existencias.
Todas nuestras colecciones se pueden realizaren casi todos los formatos, dependiendo de los tejidos si son aptos para dicha fabricación.
Los productos del catálogo y sus características son susceptibles de modificaciones, pero cuando se trata de gemelos recomendamos pedir 2 unidades a la vez, ya que Uzturre no se responsabilizará de los problemas que esta pueda ocasionar.
Le recomendamos, consulte la vigencia de los mismos antes de realizar su pedido
UZTURRE da a sus clientes (las tiendas),un plazo de 15 días para las devoluciones de sus productos textiles siempre que no hayan sido usados. Transcurrido ese plazo de 15 días desde la recepción de la mercancía por parte de la tienda, NO SE ACEPTARAN NINGUNA DEVOLUCIÓN.
Las tiendas dispondrán de 15 días para realizar sus devoluciones por daños ocasionados en la mercancía durante el transporte, si bien es imprescindible para hacernos cargo de la devolución,que sea notificado a Confecciones Uzturre s.l. en 7 días desde la recepción de la misma.
Las tiendas deben de responder ante sus clientes finales, con la garantía que consideren oportuna.En ningún caso UZTURRE se hará cargo de esta garantía más allá de los 15 días que UZTURRE da a su cliente (la tienda) y siempre que el producto no haya sido usado.
Los productos textiles en general (y los de puericultura en particular), están exentos de la ley de garantías de 2 años que se exige al resto de bienes de consumo por razones obvias.
Cualquier pequeño fallo, descosido…etc., que se pueda arreglar y que la tienda o el consumidor final reclame dentro de los 15 días desde la recepción de la mercancía por parte de la tienda, UZTURRE se compromete a repararlo y a dejarlo exactamente igual que uno nuevo. En caso de no quedar igual se repondrá por uno nuevo en el plazo más breve posible.
Para cualquier arreglo, las prendas las debemos de recibir perfectamente limpias, de no ser así serán devueltas sin arreglar con portes a cargo del cliente.
UZTURRE no admite envíos a portes debidos. Antes de cualquier cambio ponte en contacto con nosotros. UZTURRE se encargará de organizar la recogida. En caso de que los productos resulten dañados debido a un embalaje inapropiado, no admitiremos la devolución.
Confecciones Uzturre s.l. se reserva en todas las devoluciones el derecho de no reembolsar el importe de la mercancía si no se cumplen las condiciones aquí expuestas y/o en nuestras Condiciones Generales de Venta.
LOS PEDIDOS QUE ESTEN EN FABRICACION NO SE PODRAN ANULAR. Si el pedido o el producto todavía no está en fabricación si se podrá anular.

All our collections can be done in almost every formats, depending on the tissues if is suitable for the manufacture or not.
Catalogue and their characteristics may be changed, but in twins case, we recommend ordering 2 units at the same time, therefore Uzturre will not be responsible for the problems that this may cause.
We recommend you to check the validity of these before ordering.
UZTURRE grants its clients (the stores) a period of 15 days from when the store receives the merchandise to return its textile products, provided that they have not been used. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED after this 15-day period.
The stores will have 15 days to return merchandise damaged during transport, although Confecciones Uzturre S.L. must be notified within 7 days from the reception of the merchandise in order to process the return.
The stores are responsible to their end customers by providing whatever warranty they choose. In no event will UZTURRE be responsible for this warranty beyond the 15 days that UZTURRE grants to its client (the store) and only if the product has not been used.
For obvious reasons, textile products in general (and childcare products in particular) are exempt from the 2-year warranty law required for other consumer goods.
UZTURRE agrees to repair any small defect, tear, etc., that can be fixed and that the store or the end customer claims within 15 days of the store’s receipt of the merchandise, ensuring a product exactly the same as a new one. If it is not, it will be replaced by a new one as soon as possible.
Garments sent for repairs must be perfectly clean, otherwise they will be sent back without being repaired and the client will be responsible for the shipping costs.
UZTURRE does not admit shipments with collect-on-delivery postage. Please contact us before making any exchange. UZTURRE will arrange pick-up.
We will not accept returns if the products are damaged due to improper packaging.
Confecciones Uzturre S.L. reserves the right not to refund the amount of the merchandise if the terms and conditions set forth herein and/or in our Terms and Conditions of Sale are not met.
ORDERS THAT ARE BEING MANUFACTURED CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Orders and products not yet in production can be cancelled.
