Shannon Malone-deBenedictis is a SCAD alumna (class of 1992) and the Senior Vice President of Development and Production at Red Rock Films — one of North America’s leading production companies in natural history programming. Their recent Disney+ limited series, “Secrets of the Whales” has won a Primetime Emmys for Best Documentary or Nonfiction Series. Jay Danner-McDonald is a SCAD alumnus (class of 1993) and an editor for “Secrets of the Whales.” He regularly works with National Geographic, Discovery Channel, History Channel, The Learning Channel and more.
