The Connie Portal allows authorized users to access approved patient records for the purpose of treatment, operations, and payment.

WHO IS AN AUTHORIZED CONNIE USER? An authorized Connie user is a licensed healthcare provider or authorized staff who has a verifiable treatment or care coordination relationship with a patient.

Yes, users may view available data outside their EHR without worrying about any major disruptions through their current workflow. In addition to being able to view data outside of their EHR is the ability to view additional information concerning an encounter.

The Connie Portal allows authorized users to access approved patient records for the purposes of treatment, operations, and payment. End users will also have access to the service tiles that apply to them through the Connie portal.

Please contact the HIE Administrator at your organization to request access to the Connie Portal. If you are unsure who the HIE Administrator is, contact the Connie Help Desk at 866.987.5514.

Click on the "Reset your password?" link on the Connie portal home page and follow the onscreen instructions.
