The Provider Directory provides a searchable directory of listings, comprised of multiple public and private data sources accessible through your Connie Portal Dashboard. In addition to making it easier for staff to quickly find and contact providers, Connie's Provider Directory establishes a consolidated source for provider information, resulting in a more comprehensive and accurate provider directory.

Yes. Users may access the Provider Directory through the Connie Portal. Once in the Connie Portal, a screen of tiles will appear, allowing users to select the “CT Provider Directory” tile and launch the Connecticut Provider Directory application.

Users may access the User Guide via the Connie Portal tile, located on the dashboard homepage.

The Provider Directory enables users to conduct an informational search and view of CT healthcare providers. This includes practice locations, phone numbers, emails, specialties, hospital affiliations, and other relevant information to assist in patient care. The Provider Directory may also be used for: Referrals Admissions and Discharge updates and sharing Return test results Medical record requests Provider search
