Tom Cunningham Lead Craftsman Found within the Community Studios website the journeys and backgrounds of each designer and craftsman that has been a part of the grown, designed and manufactured in Tighnabruaich story can be found within a personal profile. Alongside each product, a tag can be found which increases the brand awareness which represents the Community Studio. From using the off-cuts of Japanese Larch it reiterates the craftsmanship and the quality of the locally grown material while using every part of the timber cut. The logo represents the three stages of the brand which are grown, designed and manufactured in Tighnabruaich.

CONCEPT RENDER
EARPHONE CONCEPTS. This was a quick project in which I worked on in my own time to improve my CAD and rendering skills. The initial CAD model was drawn in Rhino then taken into key shot in which I applied a base layer material on each of the parts to begin to give it a realistic finish. Following on from that the final details such as edge highlights and background textures where applied in Photoshop.

CONTEXT INSIGHTS CONCEPT SERVICE JOURNEY
NHS CHEMO CARE. This was a live project worked alongside the York NHS Foundation Trust. It was about being able to provide a service that could monitor patients health from their own perspective leading up to treatment. This in return would maximise the amount of patients receiving chemotherapy at the one time in the North Yorkshire region.
CONTEXT INSIGHTS CONCEPT SERVICE JOURNEY
Support Patients feel alone and out of touch with nurses and doctors this is due to numerous factors such as living too far away from the hospital so having that support out within the time spent at hospital was crucial in allowing patients have that sense of ease.
Diary
Allocation
Prior to receiving treatment, a lot of time is spent on going through from the previous chemotherapy session on how the patient is feeling so this again is a time consuming proccess for the nurse to get a lot of information in before the next phase of treatment. Not only does this have an effect on how the nurse is invloved in the process it also was found that patients felt they where missing parts out on how they where feeling and that they where going through it alone.
The nature of the treatment in which the patients are going through from time to time they are physically not well enough to have chemotherapy that day so factors such as moving the treatment which does involve time and money means it has to be transported back to then be used on another patient.
CONTEXT INSIGHTS CONCEPT SERVICE JOURNEY
An app that monitors patients prior to receiving treatment.
CONTEXT INSIGHTS CONCEPT SERVICE JOURNEY
In the run up too treatment a doctor can monitor the online notes from the patients to make a judgment prior to the upcoming treatment and if they feel that they are ready for the treatment.
Patients use the online diary as a way of documenting their jorunery through treatment which nurses and doctor’s can keep track on day by day.
Video of service.
With the nurse and doctor being able to keep in constant contact, intial conversation on a final decision can begin too see if the patient is ready for treatment. This can begin through using the online diary input from the patient and notes taken by themselves.
Information can be accsed at any time by the doctor which means that they aren’t restrained by needing to sit down at a computer.

CONTEXT SKETCH DEVELOPMENT
MANIPULATING SOUND. This was a live brief working alongside Seymour and Powell. It was about how could we change space and introduce sound into new environemts. I was looking at how sound could be changed through the form it is being projected from.
CONTEXT SKETCH DEVELOPMENT MODEL MAKING
NON LITERAL FORMS. To design a product which has no prescribed function, which consciously manipulates how an electronic personal, domestic or business product can be perceived.
