Conrad Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer of Food Concepts 360, based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Born in 1971, Gallagher started his career working in renowned restaurants, including ‘Alain Ducasse’ at the Louis XV Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo and the Michelin star ‘Restaurant Peacock Alley’ in Dublin. With over 30 years of international experience as a hospitality management professional, Gallagher has strong expertise in concept development and brand management. In Gallagher’s previous position as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aura Hospitality & Food Services Doha, he was responsible for the development and growth of the company which consisted of 52 outlets and 31 individual brands, which had a combined monthly revenue of QR 40 million. In his most recent role with Food Concepts 360, Gallagher is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company, which has a number of high-profile clients including heads of government and royal families.
