1. Closing of Littlebrandt Discussion of permanent closing of Littlebrandt.

2. Ordinance designating Polling Places Discussion of an ordinance designating Polling Places and polling hours for Municipal elections to be conducted within the City of Annsiton.

3. Consulting Engineer for two ALDOT Projects Discussion of selection of Consulting Engineer for ALDOT Projects 1) Greenbrier Dear Road Safety Improvements; 2) Summerall Gate Road Drainage Improvements.

4. Edgemont and Hillside Cemeteries Discussion of 1) an ordinance amending Chapter 7, Article II, Sections 7.10, 7.12, 7.14 and 7.17 of The Code of Ordinances of the City of Anniston, Alabama, 1981 providing for fees and rates, monuments and marker, and new lot additions to Edgemont Cemetery, and 2) a resolution authorizing the change in fees and services for Edgemont and Hillside cemeteries.

5. Van purchase from East Alabama Regional Planning & Development Commission Discussion of purchase of a Handicapped Accessible Vehicle through a grant sponsored

by ALDOT. 6. Church Parking Lot Discussion of the Greater Calvary Baptist Church parking lot located on Constantine.

7. Charter Schools Discussion of authorizing the disbursement of $5000.00 to Anniston City School System to educate the public on pros and cons of Charter Schools.
