The introductory rate of 2.9% APR is for the first six moths. Thereafter, the APR will vary based on the prime rate 3.25% as of 7/1/2009, as published in the Wall Street Journal, plus or minus a margin based on credit worthiness. The maximum APR will not exceed 16%. Closing cost range from $700 to $1,200. Closing cost will be paid by the Credit Union if the initial advance at closing is $10,000 or more, and a principal balance of $10,000 or more is outstanding for the first year. Otherwise, you will be required to reimburse the Credit Union for the closing cost.
