MOTIONS (a) A motion to approve a Lounge Retail Liquor – Class I application for William

Arnold d/b/a 50 Cent Sports Bar located in the police jurisdiction at 3124 West 12th Street. Public Hearing Required (b) A motion to approve the closing of Noble Street between 8th and 18th Streets

on Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. for the AHS Homecoming Parade. (c) A motion to approve plan renovations in the CBD-1 Districts for Artisanal

Baked Goods, 1702 Quintard Avenue. (d) A motion to suspend the rule requiring the City Council to meet on the second

Tuesday of October 2012. (e) A motion to approve the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 23, 2012

as an additional holiday for city employees. (a) A motion to approve a letter be sent to Norfolk Southern regarding the

removal of tracks at 16th & Dimple Lee O’Neal, 23rd & Cooper, and McDaniel & Old Alexandria Road.
