It’s clear what separates Tubular Services LLC from its competitors. “At the end of the day, it is all about quality and it is all about customer service. We push a lot of pipe through the doors. Most of the competitors work five days. We work 24/7 and can get the customer what they need when they need it no matter what. We can deliver the order. Right now, I have a million joints coming and going,” said company Vice President of Operations Todd Richardson when he spoke with E&P. Richardson is a prime example of the deep experience of the management group. Aside from finances, he has a hand in multiple facets of company operations.

Efficient and Safe

With more than 1,000 employees and three plants running around the clock, Richardson says safety is priority one and top of mind every minute of every day. Continual training is but one facet of a multi-pronged approach designed to protect the company’s continued growth and ability to meet demand. “ We had to come up with a plan. It is tough to find people. ere are a lot of jobs out there but not enough qualified staff. e systems we have in place with ensure structured and stable growth through both acquisition and maintenance of a proper staff,” Richardson says.
