Meet the Moderator MODERATOR JOSEPH FERRUCCI VICE PRESIDENT – F+F MECHANICAL ENTERPRISES, INC.
Joe is Vice President at F+F Mechanical Enterprises Inc. and is responsible for providing executive oversight to the Design and Coordination Department. In addition to supervising the coordination staff, Joe oversees the implementation of prefabrication and emerging technologies with the goal of keeping the organization on the leading edge of the fast evolving construction industry including use of such applications as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Cobie. Joe has several years of experience working in the building industry as an Architect and Professor. Prior to joining F+F Mechanical, he worked for several Connecticut based design firms and taught at the University level. Joe is a registered Architect in Connecticut, New York, and Massachusetts. He has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America and a Master's degree from Yale University School of Architecture.

Meet the Visionaries INFRASTRUCTURE VISIONARY TERRY BENNETT SENIOR INDUSTRY STRATEGIST – AUTODESK INC.
Terry D. Bennett, LS LPF MRICS ENV SP LEED AP, is the senior industry strategist for civil infrastructure at Autodesk. He is responsible for setting the company’s future vision and strategy for technology serving the planning, surveying, civil engineering, and heavy construction industries, as well as cultivating and sustaining the firm’s relationships with strategic industry leaders and associations. He holds multi-state licensing in both Land Surveying and Natural Resource Forest Management, is a Chartered Land Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Credentialed Envision™ Sustainability Professional with the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure, a LEED Accredited Sustainable Design Professional, and holds an FAA Remote Pilot Airman Certificate for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. He currently serves as a Board Member of Harvard’s Graduate School of Design’s Sustainable Infrastructure Advisory Board, is an editorial board member of Informed Infrastructure Magazine, a charter member of the Institute of Sustainable Infrastructure and a member of its technical committee and a council member on the Urban Land Institute’s Public Development and Infrastructure Council.

Meet the Visionaries VISIONARY TECHNOLOGY PIONEER PAUL SELLS DIRECTOR OF INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS – DAQRI
As Director of Industrial Solutions at Daqri, Paul Sells is at the forefront of augmented reality technology and wearable technology that incorporates augmented reality. The DAQRI Smart Helmet® was recently featured in the Tech Experience at CONEXPO 2017. Paul will speak to the future of augmented reality in the construction industry, the future of 3D printing employing software defined light, and other cutting-edge technologies that are transforming the way we work and reshaping our industry.

Meet the Visionaries VISIONARY STRATEGIST ALLISON SCOTT DIRECTOR OF MARKET STRATEGY INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTION SOLUTIONS – SKANSKA, USA As a marketing and management strategist, Allison has experience in the arts, design, technology, and construction industries. In her current role, she supports the national Innovation group of Skanska USA Building, a Fortune 500 construction firm, helping to investigate and integrate gamechanging tech like virtual reality, wearables, IoT/sensors, and drones onto the jobsite. She cultivated her career working in architecture, where she assisted in developing niche services for the design of energyefficient data centers during the advent of cloud computing. She also served as a marketing specialist for renowned inventor and futurist Ray Kurzweil, where she supported numerous start-up initiatives like an AI-based cybernetic artist and a nutraceutical company, and learned about entrepreneurship and disruptive innovation. Allison holds a BA in Theatre/Arts Management from Emerson College and an MBA in Innovation and Design Management from Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School.

Meet the Visionaries VISIONARY SOFTWARE DESIGNER ALISSA BRIGGS HEAD OF DESIGN – PLANGRID
As the Head of Design for PlanGrid, the leader in construction software for the field, Alissa Briggs oversees the design direction and strategy of the company. She is responsible for creating the tools teams in the field need to harness the power of technology. Prior to joining PlanGrid, Briggs led design at Brigade, the world’s first network for voters. Prior to Brigade, Briggs worked at Intuit, where she was responsible for helping to improve the financial lives of small business owners everywhere. Throughout her career, Briggs has spoken at SXSW, Enterprise UX, UXPA, and Grace Hopper and more. Briggs holds advanced degrees in Human-Computer Interaction and Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
