Kirby-Smith Machinery promotes Justin Ashlock to Abilene sales and operations manager
Kirby-Smith Machinery Inc. (KSM) has promoted Justin Ashlock as its new sales and operations manager in Abilene, Texas. His responsibilities will include overseeing Abilene’s sales team, building and growing customer relationships, and supporting the rental, parts and service departments for the branch. Ashlock had previously served as a product support sales representative, where he honed many of the customer relations skills that will aid him in leading KSM’s Abilene location.
Executive Vice President of Sales Gavin Cole believes Ashlock will do great things in his new position.
“It is great to see a young leader rise through the ranks of Kirby-Smith Machinery,” said Cole. “From starting as a technician to holding positions in departmental management and product support sales, Justin has proved his skill and passion for both the industry and the people of this organization.”
Ashlock credits his own development to the positive examples he witnessed throughout his years at KSM and is excited for the opportunities ahead in Abilene.
“Kirby-Smith has an excellent foundation and culture, and being a part of this team is an honor,” commented Ashlock. “I am looking forward to working with our team to grow partnerships with our customers while providing top-notch product support.” ■
