Flag Pole Ceremony September 30, 2015 The flag pole ceremony will serve as the official inauguration of the flag pole recently installed at the County government office at 10 Douglas Drive in Martinez. The purpose of the flag raising ceremony is to highlight the significance of the flag pole, adjacent memorial garden and tribute benches. In addition, visitors will find out more about the services available to County residents at the many offices housed at 10 Douglas Drive, including the County Veterans Service Office, Contra Costa Television, the District Attorney, Vital Registration and more.
