Alternative Fuel Systems
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS When installing the LPG installation,compliance is required with the following guidelines: * Check on the website www.gficontrolsystems .eu ("Members Area") version and date of this instruction! * It’s the installer’s responsibility to check the national and/or local regulations and to make all necessary adaptions. * Before commencing the installation of the LPG installation, remove the negative terminal from the battery. * If necessary, consult the workshop manual of the relevant car before the parts are disassembled. * All directions in the installation manual are given from the direction of the traffic. * Unless indicated otherwise, all measurements are in mm. * When drilling be careful for the underlying parts! * Deburr holes in the plating and treat them for rust. * First check the measurements given and the wire colours and positions. * The holes for the injectors must be drilled in accordance with the instructions. Use the correct drilling jig,if indicated. * When fitting the injector nipples, vacuum nipples, water nipples, gas nipples and LPG valve, use sealing locking agent on the screwthread. * Use the right hose clips when fitting all hoses. * After installing the LPG installation, ensure a watertight seal on the cable and pipe lead-throughs. * Use the connectors supplied for electrical connections and then insulate them completely. Do not solder! * Prevent the risk of damage from wiring harnesses and hoses. Fasten them with the cable ties supplied. Always check after installing of the GFI LPG installation: 1. The entire installation for leaks of LPG, petrol, coolant and air. 2. Injectors are 1 to 1 connected or conform the instruction ----> Use Diagnose Tool (DTS) & Break-Out Box (BOB) 3. Pressure (DelP): 850<-->1050mBar at working temperature ----> Use Diagnose Tool (DTS) 4. Error codes LPG system: Repair malfunction (if applicable) & delete codes ----> Use Diagnose Tool (DTS) 5. Driveability by means of a testdrive and repeat point 4. ALGEMENE INSTRUCTIES Bij de inbouw van de autogasinstallatie dienen de volgende richtlijnen in acht te worden genomen: * Controleer op de website www.gficontrolsystems .eu (“Members Area”) versie en datum van deze instructie! * Het is de verantwoording van de inbouwer om de nationale en/of lokale regels te controleren en de nodige aanpassingen uit te voeren. * Neem voordat met de inbouw van de autogasinstallatie wordt begonnen de minpool van de accu los. * Raadpleeg, indien nodig, het werkplaatshandboek van de betreffende auto voordat onderdelen worden gedemonteerd. * Alle richtingen in de inbouwhandleiding zijn aangegeven vanuit de rijrichting. * Alle maten zijn, tenzij anders aangegeven, vermeld in mm’s. * Let bij het boren op de onderliggende delen. * Gaten in het plaatwerk aangebracht ontbramen en tegen roest behandelen. * Controleer vooraf de opgegeven maten en draadkleuren en posities. * Het boren van de gaten voor de injectoren moet volgens de instructies gebeuren. Indien aangegeven de juiste boormal gebruiken. * Bij de montage van injector-,vacuum-,water- en gasnippels plus de LPG-afsluiter een afdichtend borgmiddel op de schroefdraad gebruiken. * Alle slangen monteren met de juiste slangklemmen. * Na inbouw van de autogasinstallatie de kabel- en leidingdoorvoer waterdicht afwerken. * Electrische verbindingen uitvoeren met de bijgeleverde verbindingconnectors en daarna afisoleren. Niet solderen! * Voorkom dat kabelbomen en slangen kunnen beschadigen. Leg deze vast met de bijgeleverde binders. Controleer altijd na inbouw van de GFI autogasinstallatie: 1. De gehele installatie op lekkage van LPG,benzine,koelvloeistof en lucht. 2. Injectoren 1 op 1 aangesloten ofwel volgens instructie ----> Gebruik Diagnose Tool (DTS) & Break-Out Box (BOB) 3. Druk (DelP): 850<-->1050mBar bij bedrijfstemperatuur ----> Gebruik Diagnose Tool (DTS) 4. Foutcodes LPG systeem: Storing verhelpen (eventueel) & codes wissen ----> Gebruik Diagnose Tool (DTS) 5. Driveability d.m.v. een testrit en herhaal daarna punt 4. INSTRUCTIONS GENERAL Règles de montage de l’installation gaz: * Merci de vérifier sur notre site internet www.gficontrolsystems .eu (“Members Area”) la version et la date de cet instruction! * C’est la responsabilité du mécanicien de vérifier les normes nationales et/ou locales! * Veuillez déconnecter, avant le montage de l’installation gaz, la borne négative de la batterie. * Consultez, si nécessaire, le manuel d’atelier de la voiture concernée avant le démontage des pièces. * Toutes les indications du manuel de montage sont données suivant l’ordre chronologique des opérations à effectuer. * Toutes les mesures sont, sauf autrement indiquées, en mm. * Faites attention aux pièces adjacentes pendant les perçages. * Les trous réalisés dans la tôle doivent être ébavurés et protégés contre la rouille. * Contrôler à l’avance les mesures, les couleurs des fils et les positions indiquées. * Le perçage des trous pour les injecteurs doit être fait selon l’instruction de montage.Si indiqué, utiliser le gabarit spécifique. * Au montage des raccords injecteurs, raccords à dépression, raccords d’eau, raccords de gaz et électrovanne principale, utilisez un produit d’ étanchéité sur le filet. * Serrer les tuyaux avec les colliers correspondant aux diamètres. * Après le montage, assurer l’étanchéité des passages faisceaux et canalisations. * Réaliser les connections électriques avec les connecteurs livrés et puis isoler. Ne pas souder! * Attachez les faisceaux, câbles et tuyaux pour éviter tous frottements. Après le montage du système GPL TeleflexGFI, toujours contrôler: 1. L’étanchéité gaz, essence, l’eau et d’air de tous les circuits et raccords. 2. Branchement des injecteurs 1 à 1 ou conformément l’instruction ---> Utilisez Diagnose Tool (DTS) & Break-Out Box (BOB) 3. Pression (DelP): 850<-->1050mBar en température de fonctionnement ---> Utilisez Diagnose Tool (DTS) 4. Codes défaut du Système GPL: réparer la défaillance (éventuelle) et effacer les codes--->Utilisez Diagnose Tool (DTS) 5. Driveability au moyen le essai et répéter le point 4.

Fitting Instructions / Inbouwinstructie / Manuel de Montage / Einbauanleitung / Istruzione di Montaggio / Manual de Instalar ALGEMEINE ANWEISUNGEN Die folgenden Richtlinien müssen beim Einbau einer Autogasanlage befolgt werden: * Bitte Prüfen Sie auf www.gficontrolsystems .eu (“Members Area”),ob Ihre Version und Datum von der Einbauanleitung vom letzter Stand ist. * Es unterliegt der alleinigen Verantwortung des Installateurs um die national und/oder örtlichen Regeln zu kontrollieren und die erforderlichen Anpassungen auszuführen. * Vor dem Einbau der Autogasanlage den Minuspol der Batterie abklemmen. * Falls erforderlich, vor dem Ausbau von Fahrzeugteilen zuerst im diesbezüglichen Werkstatthandbuch nachschlagen. * Alle Richtungsanweisungen in dieser Einbauanleitung beziehen sich auf die Fahrtrichtung. * Sofern nicht anders vermerkt, sind alle Maße in mm angegeben. * Beim Bohren auf die unterliegenden Teile achten. * In den Blechplatten gebohrten Löcher entgraten und gegen Rost behandeln. * Die angegebenen Maße, Drahtfarben und Positionen vor dem Einbau kontrollieren. * Beim Anbringen von Bohrlöchern für die Injektoren müssen die Anweisungen streng befolgt werden. Falls angegeben, die korrekte Bohrschablone verwenden. * Zum Abdichten der Injektor-, Unterdruck-, Wasser- und Gasnippel sowie des LPG-Ventils, beim Einbau auf dem Schraubengewinde ein Dichtmittel anbringen. * Für alle Schläuche die passenden Schlauchklemmen verwenden. * Nach dem Einbau der Autogasanlage die Kabel- und Leitungsdurchführung wasserdicht abdichten. * Für die elektrischen Anschlüsse die mitgelieferten Steckverbinder verwenden und danach abisolieren. Nicht löten! * Kabelbäume und Schläuche vor Beschädigungen schützen. Diese mit den mitgelieferten Kabelbindern befestigen. Kontrolieren Sie immer nach Einbau der GFI Autogasanlage: 1. Die gesamte Anlage auf Lecks von LPG, Benzin, Kuhlmittel und Luft überprüfen. 2. Anschlüsse den Injectoren 1 zu 1 oder folgens Einbauanleitung ----> Gebrauch Diagnose Tool (DTS) & Break-Out Box (BOB) 3. Druck (GasDruck): 850<-->1050 mBar bei Betriebstemperatur ----> Gebrauch Diagnose Tool (DTS) 4. Fehlercodes Autogasanlage: Störung beseitigen (eventuell) & Fehlercodes löschen----> Gebrauch Diagnose Tool (DTS) 5. Driveability mittels Probefahrt und Punkt 4 wiederholen. ISTRUZIONI GENERALI Durante l’installazione a gas, le seguenti raccomandazioni dovranno essere seguite: * Controlla la versione e la data di questa instruzione sul nostro sito web www.gficontrolsystems .eu (“Members Area”)! * È responsabilità dell’installatore controllare le regolamentazioni nazionali e/o locali affinché eventuali adeguamenti siano necessari. * Prima di iniziare l’installazione del sistema, togliere il terminale negativo dalla batteria. * Se necessario, consultare il manuale di manutenzione dell’autovettura prima che le parti vengano smontate. * Tutte le istruzioni riportate nel manuale di installazione si riferiscono al codice della strada. * Tutte le misure e dimensioni sono espresse in millimetri, se non diversamente specificato. * Durante le forature prestare attenzione alle componenti sottostanti! * Rimuovere tutte le bave risultanti dalle forature e trattarle con antiruggine. * Controllare inizialmente le misure ed i colori e le posizioni dei cavi. * I fori per gli iniettori devono essere effettuati secondo le istruzioni. Usare sempre un trapano adeguato. * Durante il montaggio dei raccordi iniettore, raccordi depressione, raccordi acqua e gas e l’elettrovalvola Gpl, usare sempre un adesivo bloccante sui filetti. * Usare sempre le corrette fascette durante la connessione delle tubazioni. * Dopo l’installazione del sistema, assicurare la tenuta acqua sul cablaggio e le tubature. * Usare i connettori per i collegamenti elettrici forniti ed isolarli completamente. Non saldarli! * Prevenire rischio di danno al cablaggio ed alle tubazioni. Collegarli con le fascette corredate. Dopo l’installazione del sistema GFI, controllare sempre: 1. L’intero impianto per rilevare eventuali perdite gas, benzina, acqua, aria. 2. Gli iniettori collegati uno ad uno e conformi alle istruzioni ----> Usare lo strumento diagnosi (DTS) e il Break-Out Box (BOB). 3. La pressione (DelP): 850<-->1050mBar a temperatura di lavoro --->Usare lo strumento diagnosi (DTS). 4. I codici Errore del sistema a Gpl: Rimediare ai malfunzionamenti (se necessario) e cancellare i codici errore ----> Usare lo strumento diagnosi (DTS). 5. La guidabilità tramite prova su strada e ripetizione del punto 4 INSTRUCCIONES GENERALES Cuando instale el Sistema de GLP, se require cumplir con las siguientes instrucciones: * Favor revisar en nuestra pagina web www.gficontrolsystems .eu (“Members Area”) la fecha y versión de esta instrucción! * Es de responsabilidad del instalador cumplir con las regulaciones locales y/o nacionales y realizar las adaptaciones necesarias. * Previo el inicio de la instalación del sistema de GLP, favor desconectar el cable negativo de la batería. * De ser necesario, favor consultar los manuales de instalación del vehiculo antes de desconectar cualquier parte del mismo. * Todas las direcciones que se indican en este manual, hacen referencia a la dirección del tráfico. * Todas las medidas en este manual, son en milímetros (mm), salvo las especificadas. * Cuando taladre, tener cuidado especial en las partes inferiores. * Limar los agujeros y tratarlos contra corrosión. * Primero, chequear las medidas, los colores del cableado y sus posiciones. * Los agujeros de los inyectores tienen que ser taladrados de acuerdo a las instrucciones.Use la plantilla de perforación correcta, cuando indicado. * Cuando instale el pico de los inyectores, picos de vacío, picos de agua, picos de gas y la válvula de LPG, use agente sellador en la roscas. * Utilice los anillos de manguera correctos cuando instale las mismas. * Una vez instalado el Sistema de GLP, asegúrese de que las líneas de agua estén totalmente selladas. * Utilice siempre los conectores eléctricos enviados junto con el equipo y asegúrese de aislarlos completamente. No soldar. * Prevenir el riesgo de daño prematuro del cableado y mangueras. Asegúrelas con los aseguradores de cable sumistrados. Siempre asegúrese de chequear los siguientes puntos del manual de Instalación de GFI GLP: 1. Revisar toda la instalación de fugas/escapes de GLP, nafta, refrigerante y aire. 2. Inyectores deben estar conectados 1 a 1 conforme las instrucciones ---> Use la herramienta de Diagnostico (DTS) y el Break-Out Box (BOB) 3. Presión (DelP):850 <à 1050mBar a temperatura de trabajo ----> Use la herramienta de Diagnostico (DTS) 4. Códigos de Errores del Sistema de GLP: Reparar el malfuncionamiento (si aplica) y borrar los códigos ---> Use la Herramienta de Diagnostico (DTS) 5. Realice una prueba práctica de manejo y repita el punto 4.
