Asuccessful example is the union of Serviform based in Caravaggio (Bergamo) and Fustel Service based in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan). The former company designs, manufactures and distributes high-tech solutions for die-cutters in Italy. The latter has been supplying machines, blades, sheet metal and creasing rules for die-cutters for over 30 years. The process of acquisition by merger of Fustel Service by Serviform began last summer and will be completed during 2022. “Fustel Service is a model company and a strong brand which, thanks to its great seriousness and professionalism, has built up a considerable reputation”, emphasises Franco Foppa Pedretti, Chairman of Serviform Group. “The acquisition allows us to complete our range of products, thus making it unique in Italy”.
