The former company designs, manufactures and distributes high-tech solutions for die-cutters in Italy. The latter has been supplying machines, blades, sheet metal and creasing rules for die-cutters for over 30 years. The process of acquisition by merger of Fustel Service by Serviform began last summer and will be completed during 2022.
