WHAT YOU NEED « 1 cup of pasta (we like spirals or penne) « 1 tablespoon of pesto ADD YOUR FAVE PROTEIN (OPTIONAL) « Cooked chicken « Tuna « Sliced ham

ADD VEGGIES « Corn « Grated carrot « Spinach

Ask an adult to help you cook 1 cup of pasta in boiling, salty water according to packet instructions (usually 8-10 minutes). Drain. 1 Keep it cool!
