Q.1. Lisa & Colleen:What does being entrepreneurial mean to you? Lisa A.It means someone who is willing to take risks and go for their idea. Figure out a way to make that your job. Having a voice and thick skin too. Colleen A.Being entrepreneurial means having the belief in yourself with motivation and ideas to create your own business instead of working for someone else to achieve their dreams and aspirations.
Q.2.Lisa & Colleen:What was your motivation to become an entrepreneur? Lisa Answer.My love for fashion and designing naturally made me want to start my own line. I am a very driven person and when I put something in my head, I go for it full force. I like to have creative control. I love to obsess over my designs and getting into details over it. Colleen Answer. I have always been an artist. I feel the need to create. My growing family with a three year old and and baby on the way gives me this incredible drive where I just feel the need to wake up early and reach high for my goals everyday
Q.3.Lisa & Colleen:What is the function of your company? Lisa Answer:Is to make all women feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. We make swimsuits that are functional and fashionable. “I love LA lifestyle and I wanted to create that, I wanted to capture the Hollywood glamour mixed with beachy lifestyle. ’ We want to be iconic and timeless. Colleen Answer: Lisa is the designer.... She picks beautiful fabrics and style and design. We talk about media... sales tactics.... trends and models. I research photographers ... shoot concepts. We do web design inspiration...pick out our ambassadors... tags boxes, logos. I mean really building from the ground up. There are always 500 things to do. We love it.
Q.4.Lisa & Colleen:What were the biggest difficulties as a woman you encountered in this job? Creating a business on your own takes a lot of hard work. Lisa Answer: I feel like this world is changing there is more successful women that are becoming CEO’s. I have encountered nothing but support. Answer Colleen.I Act like a woman and think like a man. In my career I take the lead so I personally will never use the woman excuse. I encourage all ladies to have that strength as well.
Q.5.Lisa & Colleen:There will be those who think you are very lucky, so tell us also about the difficult times you have lived until you get here. Lisa Answer: A lot of hard work and no sleep lol. Answer Colleen. We are still climbing..... I was never given anything. When I was 16 my Mom said your a good student finish high school here is the house and I graduated with a 4.0 and scholarship. Not even having groceries and gas money at times I've been supporting myself since then. The more you are taken care of the less drive and motivation you have. Im a survivor. you would like to inspire people, make them believe in the success of their ideas and projects. Don't you think that, somehow, you are doing it with your own why I love doing this. The idea of Inspiring others is what fuels me to do this even more. Answer don't let Anyone hold you back. Everyday do what it takes to get a little closer to the end result. Sometimes it can be overwhelming so just make a list and stay productive. Surround yourself with people that have already achieved where you want to be. Q.7.Lisa & Colleen: What is the most sacrificed to fulfill your dreams? Answer Lisa:The time, social and personal sacrifices. Answer Colleen:Just about everything when I was an international DJ all my holidays were working so I sacrificed a lot of family time. You really have to put everything into your work to be successful. My motto was even when I wasn't working I was working. Thats an entrepreneur. Blood Sweat Tears and then the accomplishment of the hard work mis something that is so satisfying.
Q.8.Lisa & Colleen: You never thought about abandoning it? Lisa Answer: Absolutely not! There is nothing I can do now if I didn’t have that. Colleen Answer:Absolutely. That scares me the most is not fulfilling my soul when it comes to my work, ideas and dreams. Getting a job that doesn't fulfill my imagination terrifies me.
Q.9. Lisa & Colleen:What did you want to be “when you grow up?Lisa Answer: Ever since I was a little girl, I always wanted to be a designer.Colleen Answer:A psychologist, A singer or photographer.
Q.10.Lisa & Colleen: Do you think there is an objective formula that allows any businesswoman to achieve success? Lisa Answer:Perseverance, every successful person will fall; it’s just a matter of getting up and rising to be even stronger. Colleen Answer:Strong body Strong Mind.... Workout do Yoga Go
Q.6.Lisa & Colleen:You commented a while ago that example? Answer Lisa:Yes definitely and it is part of Colleen:Please be brave.. Have faith... take risks.... hiking that's when I get my best business ideas.

Q.11.Lisa & Colleen: How far would you be willing to go to achieve your professional goals? Lisa Answer: I would go above and beyond as long as it doesn’t take away from my moral values. Colleen Answer: To the End of the World.
Q.12. Lisa & Colleen:Could you give us a definition of what you understand is success?Lisa Answer:Success to me is being happy, having stability, being memorable, and leaving a legacy. Colleen Answer:You can't measure with finance in the beginning. If you are doing what you love that will come. Success being happy spiritually, mentally and psychically. Going after your goals and seeing them be achieved. They say You see it twice first in your mind then in real LIFE
Q.13.Lisa &Colleen: How do you define your style, who are you inspired by?Lisa Answer: I want to be known as an artist of fashion. I love exotic animal prints, bold colors, and details. My style is tasteful, sexy, alluring, and edgy.I am inspired by Roberto Cavalli, Gianni Versace, Balmain, and Fendi. Colleen Answer: I like a goddess style.... Not quite designer always Just a sexy pair of heels and handbag.
Q.14.Lisa & Colleen: What have you learned from your previous successes? Lisa Answer:There will be stumbling blocks and days that are discouraging, but if you truly believe in something, you have to go after it wholeheartedly regardless of any obstacles. Colleen Answer: Not to give up.
Q.15.Lisa & Colleen: Can you imagine the future without working? How would you like to see yourself in a few years? Lisa Answer:No, I don’t consider what I do as work. So, I want to do this for as long as I can. I would like to leave a legacy with the brand being worldwide and contributing to multiple charities.Colleen Answer:Working in my passion but I love vacationing with Finswim I will love to travel to destinations to get us accounts all over the world.
