Memo To:

Dearborn Heights Co-op Members

From: Building Officers & Brandon Cleaver, Liaison CSI Support & Development Date: 6/9/2011 Re:

Dearborn Heights Power Outage Issues

First and foremost, we know everyone is very uncomfortable due to the recent power fluctuations in the building and its effects on systems within the building. We apologize for this hardship and we appreciate your patience and cooperation. Although the issues stem from DTE power matters, it is our top priority to resolve the situation as quickly and thoroughly as possible. As such, we would like to update the members on the current status of the issues pertaining to these power fluctuations. CSI staff and your president have been working with DTE and various contractors to fix the issues associated with the lack of power coming from outside of the building. As of this morning, Dearborn Height’s Air Conditioning is back on. DTE is still working to restore full power to the building so we may continue to experience problems until they have completely resolved their issue. The emergency generator is designed to turn on when there is no power to the building. Because there was very low power coming from DTE, the generator did not go on. The generator is working now. Again, we apologize for your temporary discomfort. You can get updated answers on the status of work from your building officers. They have all been involved in every aspect of this project. Respectfully, Dearborn Heights Officers and Brandon Cleaver
