Respect is The Co-op’s award winning, inclusive lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) network. With over 1,300 employee members and over 10,000 'Friends of Respect', the network is one of the largest and fastest growing employee networks in Europe. We’ve launched our new purpose and a new vision. Going forward, everything that Respect does will fall under one of the four key pillars - support, inform, socialise and develop...
