A TASTE OF SUMMER Grazing boards are becoming more and more popular especially in the summer months where you can enjoy them outdoors. Bec has given us some tips to make your next grazing board quick and easy to put together in readiness for the summer ahead…

TAKE ME BACK TO CRACKENBACK Once our guests have stayed here, they come back again and again as the pictures show. Share your take me back moments at #lakecrackenback.

GRAZING BOARD Bec’s TIPS for a cracking grazing board: • Fresh, quality ingredients – ensure you choose quality produce for your grazing board • Make it look pretty – as they say “you eat with your eyes”, there are so many ways of making grazing boards look appealing with seasonal fruits including berries, cheeses and meats with a variety of colours. • Keep it bite-size – that way you and your guests can try a little bit of everything.

• Have a balance – Ensure you have options for your guests; a few different cheese varieties, a selection of meats, a fruit paste, some dips and fruits like muscatels and grapes. • Or if that all sounds too hard, you could always just visit Alpine Larder and enjoy our Grazing board for 2 with a crisp glass of wine on the outdoor terrace…
