Pomona pool to be heated Cooking classes back at Community House After a lull in activity at the kitchen of the Pomona and District Community House Lawson Shed, cooking lessons are about to start up again. The Pomona State School Parents and Citizens Association has been successful in obtaining a $26,000 Community Benefit Fund grant to meet the cost of heating the Pomona pool so that it can operate nine months of the year.
