Cooran Acoustic Night celebrates 30th It has defined a town and its culture and contributed to the careers of several musicians and performers. On Saturday 7 September, the eclectic Cooran Acoustic Night celebrates its 30th consecutive year with a longer than usual line-up of local music talent – this one starting from 6pm (doors open 5.30pm) instead of the usual 7pm, at Cooran Hall. Locals credit Chris Kelly for kicking off the concept back in the day.
