It’s showtime in the hinterland

Congratulations to all of the 2017 Noosa Showgirl, Rural Ambassador and Show Ambassador Entrants; you all did an amazing job!. From left to right (back row): Senior Noosa Show Ambassador: Leanne Randall; Noosa Show Ambassador: Aarabella Hutchings; Miss Noosa Showgirl: Bethany Walpole; Rural Ambassador: Chloe Barè; Jr Showgirl: Carlee Magick; Jr Rural Ambassador: Rhiley Davey. Front row: Mini Noosa Show Ambassador: River Hemley; Jr Noosa Show Ambassador: Taia Martin THERE’S nothing quite like a country show and this month it’s showtime in the hinterland with Noosa Country Show on September 15/16, Kenilworth Show and Rodeo on September 23 and the Eumundi Agricultural Show on September 30. Noosa Country Show is held at the Pomona Showgrounds and once again show goers will get to experience some good old fashioned fun with sideshow alley, all the pavillion art, craft, cooking, fruit and veg displays, woodchopping, showjumping, cattle show, rodeo, bands and much more. Go to

www.noosashow society.org.au for all the details. Along with all the usual fun of the fair, the Kenilworth Show will feature a laser light display, and the NRA rodeo, with prize money totalling $5150 is a special attraction getting underway at 10am. Eumundi Agricultural Show will not disappoint with adrenalin-pumping rides, performances that will have you up on your feet and high dive stunts that will have you on the edge of your seat in the arena. Make sure you experience all the fun of the fair!
