Studio, Pomona, saved the day with her stunning and energy-filled paintings.”

Connie said, with a bit of begging, Tia agreed to lend several beautiful pieces to display at the property for a few weeks.

“You truly cannot see just how captivating they are, so please come along to the next open home or pop into This Bird and view her stunning artwork for yourself.”

Tia said working with Connie to bring extra life to this home, with its “gorgeous big walls”, was such a fun project.

COUNTRYSIDE Noosa Realty property stylist Connie Gore and Pomona’s This Bird artist Tia Carrigan have teamed up to bring art and style to a property for sale.

Connie said when she took on the job to style 146 Ferrells Road, Cooroy, she knew it was going to be special.

“Stepping inside I found a home that had seen many happy years, with memorabilia on every wall and piece of furniture.

“After the family collected the items they wanted, it left the once full home feeling a bit empty, especially when the walls were no longer holding the art that once hung so proudly.”

Connie said this was when her task to “highlight this beautiful home in its best light” became that little bit tougher.

“I needed to inject energy along with complementary soft furnishings to the remaining furniture, and to be honest, there was no way I was going to be able to do justice to the magnificent high walls without some help.

“This is where Tia from This Bird Florist & Creative

“It truly does show the power of colour in transforming a space and how art can inject wonderful personality into a home,” Tia said.

Connie said this story is a good example of just how important art is and how it can transform a house and bring life into a space that otherwise would feel empty.

“For the love of all that is stylish, invest in art. It’s not only a joy to behold on your walls but worth every penny when it comes time to sell your home.”
