Events : Completed a fashion show with 900 Michigan shops in Chicago. Completed Fall Fashion event on October 9th in Union Square, San Francisco. We’ve had excellent branding at the Ultimate Women’s Expo in Chicago and San Francisco. Gearing up for more events and promotions during the holiday/festive season.
Operations : 78% of our customers are new in the last 45 days. Many of them are tourists who saw our feature in the magazines and “Where� Guestbooks in the hotels they were staying. We have partnered with the malls, community and shopping centers ot all 3 US locations of our boutiques to run programs throughout the year. Our Social media marketing has been strong. We have been sending email blasts regularly to customers and media. Facebook has over 1000 likes (from 649, 2 months ago), we've been regularly posting articles. We are working towards engaging stylists and celebrities for promotions, sales and events.
We are now registered in world fashion directory: http://www.worldfashion.info/firm/5364-Cop-Copine-US Worked on banners and marketing mailers/ 3-fold brochures that has the new collection, leading our customers to buy in-store and online. Launched website and have been marketing via social media, events and word-of-mouth. Sales have been increasing at a steady pace. Our email database has gone up from 3,290 (just 2 months ago) to 9,122 contacts of affluent individuals. We have made several changes in the way we work internally, 90% of the reports are entered online and real-time for us to analyze the data. Feedback and training calls are set for every week.
