East St Kilda Heritage Study

East St Kilda Heritage Study In 2004, the City of Port Phillip employed consultants, Heritage Alliance, to provide a heritage assessment of the unprotected areas of East St Kilda. The purpose of the study was to determine if any additional areas of heritage significance exist in East St Kilda. An electronic version of the document can be downloaded East St Kilda Heritage Study 2004 and Map of significant places. Hard copies of the East St Kilda Heritage Study are also available from City of Port Phillip libraries. The study has been broken into separate sections for ease of opening and downloading. The council adopted the East St Kilda Heritage Study in 2004 and resolved to implement the heritage study by an amendment to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme. This amendment is referred to as Amendment C46. All of the above properties have been listed in the Heritage Overlay schedule as per Amendment C46 to the Port Phillip Planning Scheme: Information about this amendment can be obtained from the DPCD's Planning Scheme Amendments Online
