Get Active & Stay Active in Coquitlam Summer is coming—it’s the perfect time to get outside and explore all of what Coquitlam has to offer. There’s no need to travel far to explore the great outdoors. Whether you’re looking for new friends to hike with, want to learn how to fish, or work on your golf swing, Coquitlam Outdoor Recreation is a great place to start your outdoor adventure. You can explore, play and discover something new every day, right here in our own backyard. The warm weather also brings the opening of Coquitlam’s outdoor pools. Swimming is a great way to stay active, cool and engaged over the summer. Bring the kids to one of Coquitlam’s seven spray parks or one of the three outdoor pools. If you live in Coquitlam, you can use the pools as often as you like with an Unlimited Summer Season Pass. Visit coquitlam.ca/outdoorpools for details on schedules, water features and more. As we focus on providing more outdoor opportunities for recreation, our indoor options are increasing every day with the ONE PASS. The Mayor Richard Stewart & Council
