Delicious family dinners are a convenient and affordable way to enjoy a variety of menu options, including fish specials, that feed up to four people for $28.95++. Place orders through the Club receptionist or Cordillera Mobile App for curbside pick-up or delivery, 11:00am to 8:00pm, Tuesday through Sunday.

Executive Chef Isaac Cantu and his culinary team will craft a custom menu to pair with these remarkable wines. Advance reservations are required through the Club receptionist.
November 24 :: Bubbles and Big Reds
Time: 5:30 to 7:00pm first seating, 7:15 to 8:45 second seating Location: Cabana Dining Room This event will showcase a variety of Bubbles and Big Reds to taste before purchasing for the holiday season. Advance reservations are required through the Club receptionist.

Time: Seating available every 30 minutes, 11:00am to 1:30pm Location: Main Dining Room In honor of Thanksgiving, we will be hosting a holiday-themed brunch menu with live music from Bernie Martini. Advance reservations are required through the Club receptionist and a 48-hour cancellation policy in effect.
November 27 :: Turkey Trot & Stuffing Stroll
Time: 9:30 to 9:50am Registration / 10:00am Run or Walk Did you have more fun than your fair share of Thanksgiving turkey and pumpkin pie? The “Turkey Trot” is a 5K run through the Golf Village totaling 3.2 miles. For those of you looking for a shorter route, you can take a 1.5-mile “Stuffing Stroll.” Reservations required through Kelsey Grudle at kgrudle@cordilleraranch.com.
December 1 :: Festival of Lights
Time: 6:00 to 9:00pm Join us in celebrating the lighting of the Christmas tree and Clubhouse! Wear your best Ugly Christmas Sweater, with awards for the top three. Enjoy drink specials, a Southwest-themed buffet and entertainment from Bernie Martini. Advance reservations are required through the Club receptionist.
December 5 :: Gingerbread House Decorating
Times: 10:00am for ages 2-12 / 2:00pm for teens, only Location: Cabana Dining Room Come out to the Cabana Grille for this great holiday family activity! We will provide everything you’ll need: assembled Gingerbread Houses, icing and candies to decorate and best of all, we will take care of the cleanup! All your kids need to do is bring their decorating skills. Reservations required through Kelsey Grudle at kgrudle@cordilleraranch.com.
December 12 :: Breakfast with Santa
Seating Times: 9:00am and 11:00am Location: Main Clubhouse Picture Fee: $15 for first photo printed on the spot, $5 for each additional photo Join us for a jolly good time as we host Breakfast with Santa and entertainment from Peter Gloria! Be sure to dress in your Christmas best to have your pictures taken while you tell Santa what is on your wish list. Children will also enjoy making our reindeer food craft and coloring sheets in the Twin Sisters Lounge! Advance reservations required through the Club receptionist.
December 17 :: Darioush Wine Dinner
