CORDILLERA RANCH GOLD RUSH, PRIME RIB BUFFET AND WEEKLY WINE PICKS

Every Wednesday we draw a member’s name from our membership roster. If that person or anyone in their immediate family is in the main Clubhouse at the time of the drawing, they will be awarded the current Club credit. $50 is added to the next week’s drawing if the winner is not present. Our Prime Rib Buffet is the perfect accompaniment for Jeffrey’s wine picks of the week. Sample new wines to purchase and enjoy that evening or to take home.

Thursday-Saturday Evenings

SIGNATURE DINING MENU

Join us for dinner as we spotlight our chef’s finest steak and seafood features, delivering a fine dining experience. Friday evenings bring special fresh catch and oyster features along with live entertainment from 6:30 to 9:30pm. Advance reservations are strongly suggested. The Signature Dining Menu is available in the Main Dining Room, Twin Sisters Lounge and Twin Sisters Patio from 5:00 to 10:00pm. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Sundays

FAMILY MEALS TO-GO

Delicious family dinners are a convenient and affordable way to enjoy a variety of menu options that feed up to four people for $32.95++. Place orders through the Club receptionist or Cordillera Ranch Mobile App for curbside pick-up or delivery, 11:00am to 8:00pm. Tuesdays-Sundays

Available at the Swim Club through September 5, 12:00pm to 8:00pm.

BUTCHER SHOP

Our HeartBrand-certified Akaushi beef is full of marbelization and flavor. Choose from ribeyes, strips, hamburger patties and more, and place orders through the Club receptionist.

July 2 :: Star-Spangled Pool Party

Time: 11:00am to 3:00pm Bring the whole family to our annual 4th of July pool party celebration! We’ll have games for the kids, an incredible Independence Day-themed buffet, the Kona Ice Truck, some fun cocktails to enjoy and our fabulous DJ to play all of your favorite summer tunes!

July 14 :: Gamble Family Vineyards Wine Dinner

Time: 6:30 to 9:30pm :: Location: Main Dining Room Join us for an intimate dinner featuring wines from Gamble Family Vineyards paired with a custom menu crafted by Executive Chef Isaac Cantu and his culinary team! Space is limited.

July 30 :: Movie Night at the Pool

Time: 8:30 to 10:30pm Movie Night at the Pool is fun for the entire family! Sit back and relax with drink specials, popcorn and kid movie packs while we watch our featured movie.

August 4 :: Exclusive to Cellar Club Members, Only

Time: 4:30 to 6:00pm :: Location: Private Dining Room Join us for an exclusive meet and greet with wine maker Elizabeth Vianna from Chimney Rock. She will be discussing wines and we will have small bites provided!

August 6 :: Back to School Party

Time: 4:00 to 7:00pm Join us at the Cordillera Ranch Pool for our Back to School Pool Party! Enjoy a pizza buffet, complimentary snow cones, music and games while getting to know other kids from your school. Each child will receive a color coordinated wrist band to represent the local school they attend for easy meet and greet opportunities.

August 6 :: Taste of Spain

Time: 6:30 to 9:30pm :: Location: Main Dining Room Take a trip to Spain without boarding a plane! We are serving assorted tapas with traditional and “Cordillera” Paella, along with assorted Spanish wines to complement the flavors of Spanish cuisine! Space is limited.

August 26 :: New Pickleball & Tennis Courts Grand Opening

Time: 6:00pm :: Location: Tennis Club Please join us for the ribbon cutting and Grand Opening celebration of our six new Pickleball Courts and two new Tennis Courts! There will be Tennis Pro Shop sale, Pickleball demonstrations, complimentary wine tasting, light appetizers, bounce houses for the kids and more.

Pool Hours of Operation

JULY 1 - AUGUST 9: All pool amenities will be available including lifeguards, towel service, and poolside food and beverage service from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. AUGUST 10 - 12: The pool will be operational with swim at your own risk from 12:00pm to 8:00pm with towel service, and poolside food and beverage service. AUGUST 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28, SEPTEMBER 3, 4, 5: The pools will be fully operational from 12:00pm to 8:00pm including lifeguards, towel service, and poolside food and beverage service. SEPTEMBER 5 - LABOR DAY: This is the final day for lifeguards, towel service, and poolside food and beverage service from 12:00pm to 8:00pm. MONDAY’S ALL POOLS CLOSED: (with exception of July 4 and September 5)

As you might imagine, usage at the pool fluctuates significantly due to camp schedules, holidays and family vacations. We have established hours based on usage trends and continue to evaluate as the Club and Community grow. For your convenience, our staff has been directed to keep the food, beverage and lifeguard service open if we still have members at the pool at 8:00pm. If that is the case, last call for food and beverage will be at 9:00pm and the pool will close promptly at 9:30pm. If no members are present at 8:00pm, the facility will close at 8:00pm as posted.
