Hotel and Resort Business Global Operation Issue Attracting candidates at the right caliber to join this rapidly expanding business. Often having to work for six months periods before returning home.

Sporting Event in 2012 London Issue Catering company operating to very tight dead-lines for a MASSIVE one-off event. All candidates needed to be employed on short term contracts and to be security cleared and reference checked 3 months prior to the event.

We used targeted screening and ensure candidate commitment to relocation (as well as our normal interviewing techniques that ensure capability for the role).

Result: We secured over 70 job offers for the company over a 2 week period. Our client was very pleased and will be holding open day events through COREcruitment on an annual basis.

We targeted immediate start job seekers & those in full time employment advising on short term contracts. We interviewed all candidates local & international.
