EUROPE Salary benchmarking 2024

UK & EUROPE SALARY BENCHMARKING 2024 COREcruitment’s benchmarking process is being used as a tool, a methodology and a technique for continuous improvements in specific or broad operations to gain and maintain a competitive and fair advantage. This is a survey of benchmarking practices in the service industry, whose objectives were to document the employment activities in the specific trading area of the client and establish a comparative document. A cross country and sectional survey is used in this study to collect data from five European and non-European countries with their respective employment positions of interest. This benchmarking survey is in line with the first and second objectives, which are answered in relation to the benchmarking practices in the service industry functions as stipulated in the provided final documents. The study underlined all required field positions depending on their level of seniority and exclusive of any potential bonuses, equities, shares, or any added benefits that might be offered as part of a probable “salary package”. The external drivers of change in the compared businesses were each actual company’s and position’s performances. For the exclusive purpose of any benchmarking exercise, COREcruitment is using action research and performance indicators as the sources of referencing information on benchmarks.
