We work with small boutique caterers, all the way up to global corporate companies, continuously searching for the best candidates matching our client’s specific needs. Although Foodservice can be a tricky sector to find fresh talent for, at COREcruitment we are lucky enough to cross over with the Hotel, Retail and Restaurant sectors, to bring in the best level of candidates. Not only does it allow this diversity of candidates, but also delivers commercially minded individuals to drive a business that perhaps once was known for bring old fashioned. This is increasingly common, that business and Industry, defence and even some elements of Independent education contracts are commercially focused. Our clients vary from business and industry operations, to events, private schools, hospitals, workplaces, museums, sports arenas... Therefore, looking outside traditional means at caterers that not only look at the bottom line, but in fact drive the top line too.
