Krishnan Doyle – Founder

Krishnan has over 16 years of market experience with an operational background. He studied in Hospitality, Tourism and FM in Spain and The Netherlands, with a joint honours degree from Europe’s top Business Schools. Krishnan has achieved qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personal Development (CIPD), the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and an Advanced Diploma inProfessional Development & Organisational Culture from a prominentLondonUniversity.

Lara was born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal. After a few years working in fashion retail, she took on the world of recruitment. Lara heads up our UK hotel desk recruiting for all levels management positions for some of the UK’s most luxurious properties Her recruitment skills are based upon understanding the needs of her clients and her candidates, always interacting with them to make the right match!

Beatrice Forest-Valentine, Recruitment Consultant (Europe & International)

Beatrice joined the team in 2012 and successfully completed our in house training program. After a Bachelor degree in Hospitality and Tourism management, she graduated with a Master in Hospitality Management from A.I.M International Business School (Assoc. with Cornell University). With an early career in France, Canada and the UK in positions across front of house and F&B division within luxury boutique and international branded Hotel Operations, she has gained an excellent knowledge of the industry.

Danny O'Mahony, Head of Caribbean & Cruise Line Recruitment

American citizen and originally from Ireland, Danny moved to Vancouver in 2021 and started off working in hospitality when he was in school and worked in the industry for almost 6 years. After a bit of traveling around Europe, Danny worked for nearly 5 years in the banking industry doing personal & business sales, before leaving Ireland. Danny specializes in all management positions across the hospitality sector in the US and Canada with an emphasis on holiday resorts and luxury destinations.

Ed Stevenson, UK – Recruitment Consultant

Ed is a born and raised Londoner with over 10 years’ experience working in hospitality. From managing gastro pubs to wine bars, he has always been in the front line of customer service. He managed high end wine shops selling luxury products to high end clients. He joined the UK hotels team in 2022 and works with placing staff at all levels in our clients’ properties.
